  • Beautiful music! Also, this may be the only youtube video I've seen where people actually leave nice comments.

  • Werner Herzog would be the ultimate dinner guest...Kinski would be the ultimate drinking buddy!

  • "Once again, Herzog immortalizes something in images."

ja! Highly probable that he didn't that timelapse

  • What an amazing movie! That's what one would call an immortal masterpiece!

Herzog's uncommon abilities enabled him to capture the essence of nature through landscapes, mountains and rivers(see also Aguirre and Nosferatu!)and to make these otherwise unfilmable images eternal.

  • Eleven days of shooting this sequence on top of a mountain...lord, I wish filmmakers by today's standards would do the same. Elegant and hypnotic.

  • @Mccarthism Hahahahaha, true.

    Herzog is just beautiful.

  • I can't belive it !!! is this soundtrack a swiss yodel ???

  • This is one of my favorite films of his.

  • Wernor really trips me out. I love it like me and him have the same idea about reality and truth. Great guy. But he gets kinda sick sometimes like in grizzly man that movie is so strang its hard to tell whats real or not.

  • thanks
