hey CK, i'm trying to build a gym in my backyard. any suggestions on where to get some good brand new olympic lifting gear (oly BB and bumper plates). and whats next after "next step"?

I can´t do lunges because of an injury and so i did them with my bodyweight but it´s to easy to reach 51 of them^^
so i wanted to ask you if i also could do step ups?
or are they working on other muscle groups?
and by the way: what different musclegroups are squats working out than lunges and step ups?

@Nerodoth1992 lunges and squats work your major lower body muscles, but in different weighs.
I recommend that you try standing dumbbell luges if you can handle the weight, otherwise, try doing 5 AMAP sets of lunges with 46 second rests. That will be killer.

I think I have, or atlesat soon, watched all your Vlogs, they are awesome. Just curious, how you got the weights up on your shoulders in the middle of the field? :o

You clean and press the weight and then lower it onto your shoulders. Good questions.
