  • Just curious, how does a processed chocolate packaged in a foil heart superior than a fresh fruit & veg diet?

  • @SouthBranchRDRoad

80/10/10 STRONGLY recommends eating large amounts of greens. your point here means absolutely nothing.

  • @rawcurls1 It's not processed, you are missing the point. It is made of RAW Cacao. Unprocessed, no additives, all vitamins, minerals and nutrients in tact as nature in tended it. Wrapping it only means there was love and thought put into the presentation of this yummy gift -- I am jealous I don't have any now to enjoy :D

  • Really nice music! :) 811 works for our family.

  • You dont know, what you're talking about., guys, sorry. You obviously havent read "the 80/10/10 diet". We dont eat only fruits, we eat plenty of greens, which contain more than enough minerals- And it works!!!

  • I am on the 80/10/10 diet. You mention not getting enough magnesium from fruit. Looking at my average numbers, I get about 200% of the daily recommended amount of magnesium. Care to rethink that?

  • how does fruit and greens not have minerals in it?

  • You guys made me smile.
