Well it was different from this year. I have worked parking at Roo the last five years and it we usually open up the gates on Wed but this time it was on Thursday so there ya go.

not true, they say to get there from 10-12 on thursday. we did that last year and were so close to centeroo that we could throw a ball at it. but then again it all depends on how aggressive you are with your parking. we take no shit, get yelled at the whole time and still just do what we want to get our spot. but idk, it changes every year. good luck.

Hi. Well the thing to do is don't get there first! It is better to get there thursday night instead of wednesday night or early thursday morning. The people that show up first are parked in the farthest lot away from Centeroo!

This is my 4th year attending the Roo and I have a question. Every year we arrived just before opening time to get in line, but last year as we were lead to our camping area it was obvious that there were people had been camping for at least one day already. They were not workers, because we met some workers and know where workers camped. They were not vendors either we soon found out. So how did they get the great camp spots? We are in our 50's (but very cool)and the walking takes its toll.
