We have some oddball plates in the gym. I have been trying to train in kg's this time around so we loaded our heavy 25's and 3lb little ones. Total load weighed out exactly 215 kg. This was a tough 2nd set. The first set was much easier, but no video. I am hoping to work up to 220 kg (484) for 2x5 before shirting up. I have 5 weeks of training to go before the 2011 IPF Worlds.
