  • 4 yrs later, utomi's comments read like a biblical revelation as the 2011 plot thickens.

  • This display of unrealistic, hence dishonest, thought is simply apprehension of the enemy masquerading as intellectualism.

  • Pat Utomi remains one of the now few intellectuals who exalt intelligence above truth. They play the Ostrich, sometimes inadvertently. Are the realities of this country not overwhelmingly obvious? How can your own people be marginalized, exploited, murdered and killed in mass via the application of brute military violence or crushing malicious public policies, and you pretend to love those who perpetrate such evil. You must be "one" with your sworn enemies, lest you face this ugly reality.

  • I believe in this man!!!

  • could u repeat that so we all can understand pls ?

  • Prof Utomi ... preach on .. preach on... I believe that tangible change will occur in our lifetime. All man should stand up and ask what role you can play to bring about a positive wind of change in Nigeria.

  • Nigeria has the dubious honor of being one of the wealtiest/poorest nations on earth. $45 Billion Dollars per annum, in oil revenues. intermittent power/water supply, dillapidated infrastures: roads/bridges,railways,poorly equipped schools and hospitals, spotty internet accesss, more than 60% of it's young work-force, unemployed or grossly underemployed..shall I go on?..Above all CORRUPTION, woven into fabric of our system

  • Dream on. This country had so much potential. Its wasted on curroption and stupidity of leaders and muppets. People can say i'm Nigerian but fact is there is no Nigeria for me. The country is ruined by man. The UK should have never given independence. It would probably have been a super power with UK's help and rule.

  • Agencies responsible for entrenching value based society are starved of funding or where funds were provided they are siphoned into private foreign a/c. Implementation of people-friendly policies are mere illusions.

How long further do we remain in shackles while watching egocentric people who masquerade themselves as leaders continue 2 bamboozle people, waste our resources & eventually generations?

    Time is running out.
