  • It wasn't a "windows" based machine man. It was a G.U.I. based machine. Windows came after G.U.I. since Gates stole the idea from Jobs whom stole the idea from Xerox.

  • My driving school teacher knew the steves because her friend was dating one of them. She was taking a beginning programming class and was also a teacher, and steve jobs offered her a job at "apple" but she said no because they would never go anywhere lol. Sucks for her

  • @nwmusic2010 Date obviously, but the man who was a MultiMillionare, that was Mike Markkula who stayed with Apple and helped finance them. Not to forget, Trip Hawkins also worked AT APPLE, amazing, then headed up Electronic Arts

  • @craigstephenfoulon Jobs and Gates were aware, also look into Visicalc, which evolved to VisiOn, which Gates saw in 1982 at Comdex show

  • @MMPR2010 Xerox PARC, not only did Jobs see some of that R and D, but Gates did as well, they both wanted to use it somehow, and you get the 84 MacIntosh using GUI Windows and mouse that the IBM PC did too, thanks to MS DOS advance to Windows, 95, 98, ME, XP etc

  • @SiddifOnline WinTel! Windows and Intel, yeah, Bill Gates and Microsoft play a large part of the story. There is the coinciding story of Gates and Jobs adviserial one and the internal strife of Apple, both in 1985 through to 1997, and a bit later, it was Apple's QUICKTIME that saved the company, before the iPod, and not the Mac either

  • Two friends in 1971? WRONG!!! They were mortal Enemies, and it was 1961! hahaha Actually, 1976/1977. Steve Wozniak, Steve Jobs, and Mike Markkula as well. In 1971, the Microprocessor was INVENTED that allowed that all to happen. from Intel where it all begins one could say. Also credit goes to Xerox PARC where the mouse and GUI were being developed

  • There is a bunch of false information in this video...
