How to make a flash animation with Photoshop CS4

This is a simple and easy way to create an animation from scratch.
This uses Photoshop CS4, but if you dont have Adobe Flash, this is a really great and easy way to do it.

Thanks for the tutorial! I know how to make the animations but I seem to not be saving it correctly because when I am finished I save it as a gif but than it doesn't work. It just looks like a normal picture. Could you please tell me what I am doing wrong?!?! Thanks

Dude, work on your delivery. I'm sure you know what you're doing but I can't understand 1/2 of what you are saying. If you're going to post tutorials, stop mumbling and slurring your speech. Speak up so all can understand you. You clearly don't have a speech problem, but just have very lazy speech habits. Be considerate of your intended audience. If people can't understand you, what's the point? I'm not alone on this. I saw lots of comments to you regarding this.
