I could end the pirate problem coming from somalia in a week or so. We hold a fund raiser and buy thousands of red and blue bandana's, air drop them over somalia, and within in a week theys be so busy shootin each other over "colors" they'd be to busy to be out playing blue beard....

Let's see... Toxic waste dumped in the Somali waters for a large part by italians, probably paid to store or neutralize the waste but then dumping it there instead, in addition to illegal fisheries by foreign boats, what little is left is poisoned.
