This is the first development I visited, which includes 4 buildings off of Dunlop Avenue in Richmond Hill - a 'periphery' of Toronto. Here, the first two buildings recorded were built in the early 1980's and house young families while the latter were constructed in the early 70's and specifically house seniors. Certainly not as 'fancy' as those in the peripheries of Madrid!
