  • im coming to thailand in january was gona be looking at going to this gym or the suwit gym for a mounth, im an absolute beginer,w i take it this isnt a begginers class? which gym would be best?

  • Two different style gyms. TMT is more modern and has much bigger facility, accommodations, restaurant, MMA, etc. Suwit is mostly just show up and train. TMT is much more organized and scheduled. Depends on style you like.

  • At what level do you start the training?

I'm really unfit but want to do something intensive like a 2-3 month training camp.

  • The morning class is for beginners in MMA / BJJ. Train hard two times per day and push yourself and you will be in good shape and have good cardio in no time. Everyone has to start somewhere. You can accomplish a lot training 2 times a day and 6-days-week.

  • how much to train in the camp per week????

  • Training is 2500 baht week includes (2) 3+ hour training sessions in Muay Thai and / or MMA.
