Actually thats from The Marriage of Figaro, its called Non piu Andrai. Mozart is alluding to his own music in this scene.

MY FAVORITE ARIA: THE BEST COMPOSER.

At the time, Figaro was a huge hit in Prague (much more so than it had been in Vienna where the initial reaction was tepid)...so Prague officials commissioned an opera from Mozart--the result was Don Giovanni. I'm sure the Prague audience got an extra special kick out of the Non piu andrai music here.
