realmente impresiona el sonido de Leonid Kogan !!!!! su tecnica la claridad de las notas el sentido de la obra , hay algo mas alla de lo normal !

i just listened to oistrakh and have to say that while i love kogan's powerful heart rending interpretation oistrakh sent me into convulsions, so i take back what said.

it is as if the human heart, made up of all the human hearts in the world, was expressing the pain and wonder of being human - with our sufferings and longings and search for meaning and to become better, something more. But is there an answer? It seems not, but there is an experience to be had - of nobility and capacity, and ability to fail and retry, and to understand and care. (This is an attempt to say something about what this wonderful music evokes)
