Kurze Videosequenzen der effusiven Eruption des Ätna im Oktober 2008.
Some shots taken during may stay at Mt. Etna (October 3rd 2008). It shows manly the lava flows at the upper part of the flow field in the Valle del Bove during daytime. There was no explosive activity anymore like during summer 2008 but the effusive eruption of the volcano was still impressive.

Why has Youtube disabled the audio for? Thomas Reichart is no longer with us so therefore he isn't aware of it!

ist ja der wahnsinn. kleine frage.. stehst du direkt neben den lavaströhmen ?? ich hätte dafür eine viel zu große angst. puh. respekt wirklich :) ist aber toll anzuschaun vorallem weil ich mich selbst dafür interessiere ;) hoffe du kommst jedes mal heil wieder an :)

@razorren: I hope we will meet on Etna then! The next eruption will come... by the way Nikon is a very good choice although I'm a "Canonite"!
@DanieleRagalnaCT: Hi, no unfortunately I'm already back here in Germany. I was on Etna for an extended week-end from October 2nd to October 6th. However if a strong eruption will take place I might come once more this year - lets wait hope and see ;-).
