My dad made this video while I was in highschool because it reminded him of the move "Vision Quest"

I've studied jiujitsu and seen some mind blowing moves in person and on the mat. These moves may be unorthadox wrestling (use of the his legs to gain control of the opponents head and upperbody), but in these concepts are used in jiujitsu, and this kid has an amazing gift

He seperated his clavical from his sternum the previous match... he cowboyed up and won the match shown, against an eventual wyoming state champ...

This guy was a sophmore and junior on these clips, His 4th and 5th year of wrestling.

oh, yeah about the critics: true, some of the takedowns are sloppy in certain ways, BUT the execution also shows some really slick "surprising-speed" elements - that is always great to see and 99% really catches the opponent. the precision in execution can come later.

What state are you from? You look very solid bud.. Great video also. Keep working hard, this is the best sport in the world, and once it is over you will compare the rest of your life to it. I am in the US Army Infantry, nothing is hard to me, because I know what it takes to cut weight, practice and win. Keep it up. BT
