Building time: Lots and lots of smalls sessions, but only 3 hours in total;
Breaks in fall: Zero!

@Kenji314159 which is a horribly laborous technique (because unless you can afford spraypainting your dominoes, which means you can't remove the paint afterwards, you need to put tape on EVERY SINGLE ONE), but I have to admit it would have been awesome here^^
