I thought they are introducing Korea, then why they put the picture of "Shibuya" in Tokyo Japan　(02:05). Looks like Korea is very rich country in this video, then why Korean government asked Japan for huge financial help last year? Japan is still in the process of recovering from Tsunami disaster. I don't get it.
