I have a question, hope somebody can answer.
I've been out for three weeks, then got back, I got back on track on my program. Then I was out again for a week, and got back, and I felt like I lost momentum already. I was thinking of resetting my program and my body back to zero meaning including poundage I lift back to start/zero. I'll condition for a month and get back to weight lifting. Wactha think?

I've made these before but a little different. I add in raw oats, an egg, some green onion, and a little salsa then fry it. It has an amazing flavor and lots of good protein.
