My xbox started doing this today. Is this normal?

**Update -- i sent it into M$ telling them i had rrod even though i didn't and they returned it fixed** THANKS TO ALL THAT GAVE SOME GREAT SUGGESTIONS.
All of a sudden my xbox started doing this.
Doesnt have a problem with dvds, only games.
Anyone have this problem? I'm worried this won't be covered under the warranty. Obviously I did nothing to cause this as the xbox just sits on a shelf and doesnt get touched outside of swapping discs.
