In Metal Hammer they told people that this was the worst Opeth-album, and that we better would avoid it. I think that this is some of the best songs ever made by Opeth. They're totally wrong!

I've heard Cradle of Filth referred to as Black Metal, and damn it it sounds like Black Metal. I'm not a black metal fan at all... I listened to this mainly because friend of mine said that he equated Opeth to being the Pink Floyd of Black Metal. The music is good, but the growling just takes me out of the music. The band is talented, but black metal just isn't my thing.
