When evaluating our at-bats the very first thing we have to look at is our plate coverage. Watch this video to make sure you are giving yourself a chance to cover the entire plate.

  • I was really excited to play this season for my high school team and implement everything you have refreshed in my head. I have been playing all year around since I was 10, but finally I was about to play for my high school team. Just broke my finger Sunday right before try outs. My coach already wants me on the team, but I can't get any practice until a few days before the first game most likely. Great video though!

  • @reaperrider1 Thanks man! Good luck during the season!

  • I like to crowad the plate, because I'm really good inside hitter. And I get hit by pitches alot, I don't know why, I'm like a pitch magnet. But once you get hit enough you start worrying about it less. I even got hit in the face underneath they eye. Anyways if you can hit insiders take advantage of crowading the plate.

  • @TouchEmAllBaseball Can you do a video on how to identify if the pitch is going to be a ball or strike

  • @j2prater Thanks!

  • Good stuff!
