I'm also surprised the winning contestants won Camaros. Most 1970's game show winners who got cars got Chevrolet Vega's!

This is one of the first game shows I ever watched. Fantastic! People can't do this nowadays, and that's one of the main reasons why game shows aren't around like they used to be.

IMO, had this game show run for 30 minutes, instead of 25, round two would have been played similarly to round one instead of being the Catch-up Round; with Barbara's team making the challenges with three new categories. The first round played about 5 minutes long so it was doable.

The Catch-up Round would then follow, as the equivalent of Split Second's Countdown Round, to determine the winner. Then the bonus game.

This show not only deserved a longer run, but screams for revival.

Thanks for posting ... I wasn't terribly fond of this when it was on (I think I didn't like having the same contestants all week and the cheesy matching sweaters) but it's great to see it again. The eggcrate clueboard seemed kind of useless since they couldn't always fit the whole clue on the board (but I suppose it was cheaper and easier than the art dept. doing them ala Split Second).

Too bad they had to run in a 25-minute time slot...wasn't as noticable on shows w/straddled formats like Whew, Blank Check, etc, but a self-contained show like 3FtM meant they pretty much had to rush through the whole thing.
