You can just hope this economic crisis will screw the US up so bad to nullify their deleterious influence on the world, it would be a great relief for humanity world wide. I strongly believe that in the west we have retrograded in every aspect of humanity. The way we blindly worship science with religious fervor has already done this world way more damage than any other religion could hope to do. Chernobyl is bad enough but there are other catastrophes past, present and probably future.
From what I understand.. organic refers to the way a food is grown (ie whether chemicals are involved) not it's variety or genetic make-up, however I get you point, if a food is GM it should be CLEARLY labelled as such

I am a fairly peace loving kind of person, but that totally makeme want to run a street rally with big signs, saying monsanto is EVIL, so are all these other corrupt food modifiers.... where is the world headed. P.S thankyou for you advice on foods that might be safer to consume.. for now.........
Business is business. Right? The main danger of GMOs is, that they will extinct natural grown food. Once they have their dead seed established worldwide, no one could ever plant crop without the allowance and the license from monsanto. Thats where it starts.
