A video showing particle tracking of 1 µm polystyrene spheres in an enclosed volume. The spheres imaged here are near the surface of a glass slide and are undergoing brownian motion.

Tracking is accomplished with a custom MATLAB code which filters beads by their intensity, circularity and size.
