7. Crucifixion;

5. Solitary confinement with an insurance salesman;
4. "Testimony Night" at Liberty Baptist Church;
3. "The Fabulous Moolah" Palin at a "Tea Party" rally;
2. Mr. Notte's "Always Use Protection" lecture;

But the cruelest and most unusual of all punishments;

1. Friday Night Karoake, Down Neck, Brick City,
which makes me wish that I had been born without ears.
