I don't understand why you keep on with the looking up the definition of "proof" thing when it's obvious I know more than you about proof, and have looked it up probably in more dictionaries than you have in my life, without you having to tell me to do so, as some kind of order.

You've overstepped your social bounds many times in our discussion. Your early comments were filled with spiteful emotional wording, and you chose to take the low road.

You've demanded, but provided nothing to back up what you are saying. All you need to do is Google your questions. If you don't know how to do that, read a Search Engine Tutorial.

What I'm saying is, you asked for the information, you got it.

If you want specific claims, I can give them to you and you can look them up on that database to confirm how he voted.

You obviously don't understand why he would perhaps not vote at all in some instances.

One possibility, he literally couldn't be there as he had prior engagements, and Congress would not reschedule the vote for him.

Or, he knew beforehand that they were all going to vote against him, and didn't bother.
