Liberty Empowerment Project - First encounter with Officer Deane Waite

After exposing the Richmond Police UC, we noticed an immediate increase in police presence in the neighborhood we were in. At least one "patty-wagon" with at least 2 additional unmarked SUV's as well other at least 2 other marked RPD Cruisers. Officer Waite approached me in his vehicle after leaving the front porch of a resident's house. (Later pulled me over a couple streets over see video)

I wasn't trying to be rude to the cop, I just didn't want nor did I need their "protection".
I have my own firearm and I have CHOSEN intentionally not to carry it while doing this outreach. Surprisingly enough, the conversation that ensued after he pulled me over 20 minutes or so later was quite productive and enlightening I think for all parties involved. See that video!

The term is "Paddy Wagon" and is now considered an ethnic slur. It got its name in the old days. The police would use the Paddy Wagon to haul in all the drunk Irishmen or Paddys

Outstanding, keep up the good work. Keep filming because they will trump up charges against you to make a point. That cop was about to say that the neighborhood you were in that was BLACK, that you might get robbed, jumped killed ? He stopped just short of say it. Is he saying that black people are bad, are animals, are criminals ? A very racist viewpoint I would say. I'm a middle aged white guy and it's obvious that he harbors feelings of anger towards black people.
