Q4 Stock Comparison

FMF Q4/stock muffler comparison. The Q4 isn't as loud as some people are claiming, but sure gives the bike a nice deep growl and breathability.

This is the Q4, not the Powercore so it doesn't need the quiet core in it.

No worries. There's been a lot of controversy with this pipe, and it is well within legal sound limits according to the local PD in the area.

I am going to have it installed on my CRF 450X next week. I heard it on another bike and was quite impressed with the deep tone.

q4's are meant to be quiet. if you want loud, you go for the powercore4. Not only is it louder, but you get more power as well

i saw on the fmf website that it had 94 decibles but that sounds almost just like the stock exhaust.

I'd say the noise is about 3/4 as loud as stock, if not half.
