@pleadian : no, they don't control it all, and without the FDA they don't even have to bother to try. You are a puppet that speaks for the Power Class, "we have corrupted your institutions, lets us end them entirely!" You are naive.

@pyrrho314 who is supposed to be regulating Monasnto? The FDA are as corrupt as the German Stazi! And who do you think controls the government funding of resarch through croniess and loby groups? Thats right Monsanto. The government is a puppet of whoever pays for their election campains. Unless you elect someone independant of the corruption with proven integrity like Ron Paul.

@pyrrho314 thats wrong man. the constitution guarantees your civil rights. the patriot act, premptive wars, fiat money all attack and destroy your freedom, prosperity and civil rights. Ron Paul is against this and for the constitution! There is no better champion of your civil rights on the political scene than Ron Paul! And probably hasn't been since Martin Luther King!

@tynesansom : have you ever read The Jungle? Btw, there is no government. Even now, you are not governed. A gun cannot govern you. When you realize that you are free in principle you will figure out which are the problematic facts, imo. I didn't say food should be controlled by the government. I said we should do public research. Seriously, what's the difficulty here. The government should fund scientific research, hello... that's pretty fucking specific.

@tynesansom : again, as above, I'm arguing for Government research so it stays out of the control of beasts like Monsanto. You'll have to do more than use a bogey man to make me thing government sponsered scientific research isn't a NECESSITY.
