  • @LuckyGuu ok, sorry bout that exxagerration, kinda stupid. but according to wiki, the estimated worldwide range of dead people is between 62,4 and 78,4 million people, which in itself is a schoking number. just saying that it wasn't only jews who suffered from Hitlers diabolique actions.

  • @mehdinadif 50 million soldiers? huh? when did Russia have a fighting force of 50 million?

  • @LuckyGuu Recently, oliver stone had to make an excuse for claiming that the jews had manipulated the thoughts of americans into believing that holocaust was the only disaster that WW2 and Hitler made. as he said, we should not forget about the 50 million russian soldiers that offered their lives for victory, or the many gypsies, handicapped and homosexuals, that also fell due to nazism. besides, you cannot compare the ideologist Stalin (not saying hes great), with Hitler, the ultimate evil.

  • I'm they only one out of the people I've lent this book too that has actually read it. That doesn't make sense did I lend it to myself? You know what I mean. Anyway, I've read it about 4-5 times, though the first reading took awhile. Once you get into it, it gets addictive as you see the layers of the onion get pulled back. Also, I think the way he set up the physical structure of the book was supposed to be a reflection of the film IJ. R.I.P. Wallace. Eggers is not a suitable replacement.

  • Infinite Jest is a love-it-or-hate-it book. Umm, I'm reading it for the fifth time, slowly, savoring every page. So I'd guess it's not unreadable.

  • 188 pages is as far as I got, but I read all of Atlas Shrugged and a 1,200 page book on Hitler.

Why do people fear bringing up the name Hitler, when Stalin was responsible for 20 million deaths and Hitler 6 million? I bet you avoid talking about or thinking about Hitler, for fear of being called a Hitler lover. Do you feel the same way about Jesus Christ, who can forgive your sins? This question is for anyone, not just Zoetropez

  • That makes sense. Way to go, public schooling!

  • maybe if your books come from Wal-Mart

  • zoetropez no one cares what u think dumbass. rip dfw
