Our roads (UK roads) are set out differently to those in America. So those questions are really irrelevant. Driving a left hand drive car here is slightly more difficult as we drive on the left hand side of the road.

I agree a bit too much on the agressive side. Im a full licence holder and have held it for over 12 years, but if I had a lesson with this guy I'd be put of by this agression to be honest.
