  • what about original lead singer Glen Shorrock, rythym guitarist Beeb Birtles and guitarist Graham Goble. They helped create the band and nowadays cant perform in the little River band. That sucks.Particularly when they were the key songwriters.

  • um.......lrb should have never got rid of glen and wayne has a amazing voice in night owl 1981

  • Wayne Nelson is the original lead singer of their hit, "Night Owls" and he sings the other hits with great respect for Shorrock. He joined LRB in 1979 so he was a member during the rain of the original band with the main writer Goble.

  • Well if he's split-brain psychotic for being able to sing and play bass at the same time, then Geddy Lee is even more psychotic.

  • Glenn Shorrock is performing in Austrailia. He's really kind of lost his luster as he is now over 60. Wayne has put over 29 years into the band, recorded all the great 80's hits that we know. It's his band now.

  • That may be, but this man is really a great bass player with an amazing voice of his own. I really was not that familiar with LRB except wanting to hear my favorite song about ever, "It's a Long Way There" again and stumbling on youtube into these amazing LRB sounds, songs, and singers. I'm fascinated by his story.
