A message from two Egyptian men, a Muslim and a Christian, to President Obama. Recorded in Tahrir Square (Cairo, Egypt) on February 9, 2011. A transcription:
"Mr President. Mr. President Obama. I am Egyptian and I am Muslim and next to me is someone he is a Christian. There is no problem about the religion. Okay. But the problem about our President Mubarak and his government he want to scare you and all Europe about the Muslim people. Okay. The [Muslim Brotherhood] they are here in Egypt and they are not more than ten percent. And there is no way...all of us we're not going to choose them to be the president of our country. We want freedom. That's it."
another amazing glimpse into the humanity of the egyptian crisis.

Thanks for the clarification about the cross on the wrist; I couldn't tell what he was doing.

For those who may not realize it, the one man holds up his hand to show the Coptic cross on his wrist so that people will know that he is a Christian.
