  • @MrMuffins1000 just so you know...I have a 6' 9" 360 pound teammate that has a 27" vertical. Anything under 30 for a normal size athlete is pretty terrible, I dont care what sport you play lol

  • @LRGHMN well seems i jus got off a broke foot and just started squatting again i def cant do it right now, but prolly around end of summer i should be back to that

  • Nice work.... and who the fck is the douchebag Mr. muffins ?

  • @MrMuffins1000 Bullshit !!! you're a weak 21 year old troll... And if not prove it, post up......

  • @tnorman36 well for wat uve said im already trying to work on

  • @MrMuffins1000 A little bit of sarcasm but at the same time I always want the best for any athlete who strives to reach their goals. I'm not always right, but my knowledge and experience with thousands of athletes over 15 years has led to a pretty clear understanding of what it takes to make it, and sustain performance throughout a long career. You can either learn a little from my comments, disregard them, or find answers elswhere, either way I wish you the best.

  • @tnorman36 im pretty sure that was sarcasm, but thanks anyways :)

  • @MrMuffins1000 Good for you I wish you the best, sounds like you are a sure shot future 1st or 2nd round NFL draft pick.
