Nobody cares that he is sampling, everyone knows that; people just don't like the fact that he doesn't give credit and tries to pass it off as if he created the beats.

I wanna know who introduced Timbaland to such a vast category of beautiful world music. we can't be mad at timothy can we? if it wasn't for him, we would know nothing of this oriental music. we can't be that naive to think he actually COMPOSED most of these strings? he's been sampling since day one. I just feel bad for the true fans of Mayada that are overshadowed by Aaliyah/Timbo fans. I apologize! Your music is beautiful!

@MorphieInvasion Unfortunately Timberland took such a small portion of a 10 minute song that he can't really be legally prosecuted for it. He has done this to many Arabic songs. But the songs themselves are so long that taking the intro is practically irrelevant. However, some of the European songs he sampled were a nearly complete if not identical sample, and that is illegal. However, I'm suspecting that he secretly purchased the rights to the beats and people simply don't know.
