Great Soloing Leading Patch for Zoom G2 / Zoom G2.1u - Joe Satriani - Cryin

Hi folks,
well I want to share my nice Zoom G2 patch with you !
I use it for Joe Satriani´s balad Cryin, playing a Ibanez RG 350 DX WH with bridge pickup. If you take the neck-pickup, the sound is great for Andy James´ Shredding in E Lydian (from his Lick Library DVD) or for other Steve Vai things.

P.S: to me it seems that sometimes, the video is not viewed in 4:3 ratio, well in this case the upper half of the first textline is being cut away but you should still be able to read it ;)

set low and mid to 6 and high to 6.5, but this is up to your amp maybe it sounds better with another amp setting for you

the wah in this processor .. when you set it do you have to turn it on (like on a wah pedal) or is it atomaticly on

Can you set the pitch shifter without the hormonizer? By the way, this can be connected to the PC right?

@AHMADF93 the zoom g2 has a "mono pitch shifter" that creates notes that are between +12 and -12 notes different from the input. the "harmonized pitch shifter" is another effect...

in case you have the right equipment for that, you can connect the zoom G2 with your computer.

I don't like how the effect sounds on the bass strings otherwise it's GREAT!

I guessed you are german by the way you bend the strings - germans have distinct way of bending/interpreting
