  • I do rack deads to focus on back thickness when I pull from the floor I use my legs to much.

  • there is no way thats better then going off the floor. Pulling with your legs will just make your legs stronger which is good cause your legs can never get to big.

  • shes gonna hurt herself, even with half deadlifts she should just be going below her knees, shes barley moving at all
