Description:

Get in a comfortable position.

Visualize a ball of bright light hovering over your head. As you listen to the mid tone frequency the ball of light pulses with energy and gets bigger and brighter as it slowly moves down into your body from your head.

When you feel the ball is big and bright enough move it to the center of your chest.

Feel the lower frequencies vibrate through your body as it helps the ball flow into you easier.

Once the ball reaches the center of your chest picture your stress, pain or illness being devoured by the ball of light as it expands through your body your body and wraps you in a bubble.

Stay there till you feel your ready to exit.
