@Thegrizzlyking: Well as a C/Col, I can tell you I miss being an enlisted cadet. The program is such a completely different experience on this end, not better, not worse, different. Sometimes, I really miss the way it was. Being a sergeant is the most fun, but every cadet should move on and grow as a servant leader and take up the responsibility and work of a cadet officer.
