Beany and Cecil-- Beany and the Boo Birds

Cecil visits the Hotel Fountainboo in pursuit of those pesky Boo Birds and their non-stop shenanigans bring out the devil in Cecil. But all works out in the end when Beany, Cecil and the rest of the gang including the Boo Birds take a well deserved vacation in Balm Springs. Why Not?

Man, Bob Clampett and his crew seemed to love speeding up voices on this show (as evidenced by the Boo Birds' high-pitched voices.) It reminds me of the Chipmunks and Tweety Bird (whom was also sped up when Mel Blanc voiced him)

IDK what the answer was back in 1961, but today, the answer is obviously YES! Even the newest Scooby-Doo show is surprisingly violent for a TV-Y7 -rated cartoon
