how do u do those effects on sony vegas lol

I used adobe After Effects. I used the keylight plugin to key out the green screen I was standing in front of and then I used the trapcode particular plugin. To make to kai. the whole thing took about 20 minutes. Manipulating the particle system to make the kai took the longest.
