Probably when adults learn to treat a kids comment with indifference?

You're doing the exact same thing by referring to him as a "kid". Chill out, I wish I found physics as interesting when I was 15.

Don't be discouraged by annoying comments like Garrett's. I appreciate your interest in science and hope you can further develop it. Feynman was a great explainer, and currently Neil deGrasse Tyson is one of his worthy successors. So you may look for his videos here on Youtube.

Richard didn't do well in the humanities. When he applied for Princeton the joke was that no one had scored higher(perfect) in the physics or mathematics portion of the examination but to paraphrase he was awful in the other sections.

Not IQ tests!!!!!!!!! Why does everyone bring up Rich's so called IQ???Which test did he take Weschler or Binet. The Weschler exam brought down my IQ level because it involved playing with those red and white blocks and puzzles.I know this because the test is broken down intro verbal and non verbal and my non verbal was much lower then the verbal section .Nonetheless, I still passed for gifted classes. But if i had taken binet which is all verbal i would have scored higher.

This was a long time ago, but Feynman is timeless.
