so you only star playing hard mode 20 hours ago that mean you probably have 2 history characters and the light mana history .....don't get impatient wait until you have all 8 character endings.... jobs get a bit harder but the bosses no that much except for the light mana he get tough each time you visit him so just keep playing and shhhh

hell yeaaa......you need to go to options an under movie is the dificulty button and levels can be change in there: NORMAL or HARD
