Thanks for uploading this and other videos.. I have your Carribean rhythms book, and I am enjoying reviewing the notation... I find it challenging, so seeing you go over some latin rhythms is helpful for my exposure to the beats and feel of this music.
I like the concept for the latin rudiments used for fills. I think the way to get back from the fill to the the normal groove is as equally important. A lot of times as see brazilian drummers extending their fills beyond the main "one" if you know what I mean and that what makes it so interesting. Anyways, It would be nice if you could adress that subject as well. Greetings from Cyprus!
