Star Slinger - Elizabeth Fraser [Cocteau Twins Rework]

Star Slinger is an Instrumental Hip-Hop project started in April 2010 by UK Producer Darren Williams. So far he has released an 11 track LP, a Remix EP and a bunch of singles for free. He has a few 12" & 7" releases coming soon!

Dear sir or madam. There is no such thing as "instrumental hip hop." This genre of music in the UK is referred to as "Trip-hop," and is a blend of electronic and hip hop. Personally, I love trip hop and hate hip hop. Best wishes.

@WillsTube1 take a look at Star Slinger's Soundcloud where he literally labels a lot of his mixes under the genre Instrumental: Hip-Hop. This song doesn't have a particular genre label but that's not the point here. I personally am glad the uploader has not revised the description because Instrumental Hip-Hop is, in fact, a real genre or atleast real enough for Star Slinger to reference it. Hell, even Wikipedia has it as a genre

@MrThereisnogo Really didn't write that much. I read the arctic monkeys were "trip-hop" from their album , their site, articles, etc. Why does the genre of that overrated band matter so much to you anyways? I use to be a hipster like that and correct people about this sort of thing and tell them about bands no one knew about but then i grew up. So much more is happening on this planet that this argument in all actuality is very stupid and pointless to me. Good music is good music.
