Not even close to bring one to reflect about the idea presented, but something else is satisfying how ever, is the fact that young minds stays to reflect on the subject. This I applaud.

Its a charming theory, not because it explains anything but because it replies to the unintelligibility of the universe with its own unintelligibility and therefore establishes a relation of complicity rather than representation.

I don't share your opinion. Even if we were just a fireworks display of some sort, how would that diminish the importance our lives? I think it would give the opposite effect, in that at least the universe itself has a purpose however trite and dull it may be.
