Yossi Sheriff, the AKBAN academy headmaster, does the Kihon of the Hicho no Kamae in Ninjutsu
In AKBAN we train the way we like, completely absorbing ourselves in Ninjutsu while fearlessly researching. We don't care about politics, political values, belt systems or Mc-dojos -- what matters to us is dojo time, heart and earth, that's it: One principle, two words: "No shortcuts"

  • sloppy, why would u drop the raised leg when u perform ukemi, instead of kiri from were it is, seems like wasted movement to me and telegraphing kick, and takes longer to kick than straight out

  • Nice !

  • @Stratosxxx18

It´s just a video man, he´s not "training". And concerning the practice of kata with or without partner, I suggest, do both. For any kata or technique or principle that has more than one way, train them all. Train in any ways your imagination dictates you, just train.

  • Excellent taijutsu!

  • ill be in israel in mai or june. we trained once together ( in case you are yossi ).

keep up your good work. yakov charlie schacht

p.s : you still train with moshe?

  • Never practice a kata alone! Makes no sense to do an ura suto or omote suto without enemy, it's just not a karate kata.Every ninpo kata require an enemy.
