Max Effort Upper Body Workout for 01/19/2012. Started off with 12" log push presses with monster mini bands (+75lbs of band tension). Lifts were 150x1,180x1,200x1,220x1,240x1,255(M) and 250(M). Then close grip axle floor presses. Lifts were 195x8,225x8,255x8 and 285x8 (PR+10lbs). Finally, seated overhead cable triceps. Lifts were 75x12,90x12,105x12 and 120x10 (PR+3 reps).
