So, this is my first video about my weight loss. I started off at around 205 lbs, and have since dropped to around 162 to 164 lbs. However, I didn't lose that weight in a healthy way and I have since reached a plateau. I hope that this video and the subsequent ones will get me off my flabby butt and to the gym where it belongs! Haha. I haven't quite fleshed out a way for me to lose weight, but that's going to come relatively soon. Anything is better than my previous method, for sure! But I do know what my goal is: to be around 145 or 150 lbs. That is around 15lbs of weight loss, give or take. In the meantime, I hope that you'll join me on my way to losing that excess weight in a healthy and sustainable way, and if you have any tips, tricks, or ideas to help me lose weight but remain healthy, please share!
