But to answer your question, the producers didn't want Storm 2 to win because they thought rambots were "boring". How you can call a robot that can slam its opponent OOTA with nothing but sheer force "boring" is beyond me, however....

@KillDozer123 I find that hard to believe. Why would the producers not want Storm 2 to win? And plus, where's your proof of this? I would think it would have been noticeable.

Wait a sec... Did Judge Sred 3 lose drive on one side at the end? I think they did, watch closely after Mute got in underneath Judge Shred 3.

Look at how far Judge Shred had improved in Series 7 compared to the other wars. In Series 4 and 5 and maybe 6 I don't remember, Judge Shred would be knocked out in the first round but in Series 7, Judge Shred went all the way to the heat final. It isn't much of an improvement but an improvement none the less

Actually, no.
Storm 2 was cheated out of winning Series 7 by the producers. Typhoon 2's spinner broke, AND its drive chain fell off, but the producers, who didn't want Storm 2 to win, took the chain away. The judges didn't notice, only saw the panel that fell off of Storm and gave Typhoon the victory.
Storm 2 was robbed, long story short.
